Scheduling & Arrival
We encourage booking appointments at least 4–6 weeks ahead to secure your preferred time and service. Please complete all intake forms promptly upon receiving them so we can review them before your visit.

If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to avoid delays for the next client.


Booking & Cancellation Policy
Booking an appointment, whether online or by phone, confirms your agreement to our scheduling policies.

A credit card is required to reserve your appointment, but it will not be charged until your service is complete.

We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee.

  • Same-day cancellations or missed appointments (“no-shows”) will be charged 100% of the service fee.

To help you keep track of your booking, reminders are sent:

  • Email reminder: 72 hours before your appointment

  • Text reminder: 72 hours before your appointment

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please text us at (571) 416-0574 or email us at stillwateraesthetics@gmail.com at least 48 hours prior so we can offer that time to another client.

Frequent late cancellations (within the same week as your appointment) may result in limited booking privileges.

In some cases, a deposit of $50 will be required to secure your next appointment.


Ethics Policy
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen events happen. Our ethics policy covers genuine situations such as serious illness, injury, or other unavoidable emergencies that prevent you from attending.

While we strive to be understanding, due to the high demand for appointments we must uphold these policies to respect both our clients’ and therapists’ time.
